3 different forms are available for Christians to request a religious exemption from participating in the experimental vaccination program. The “Provincial” exemption request can be used by any practicing Christian. Simply add the Name of your provincial Public Health Officer. The one directed to unions is to demand their proper representation of you as a member. The one directed to employers can be directed to all employers who have given demand notice to Christian workers to be vaccinated.If you are a unionized worker use all 3.
